Big Soundbox

All 34 and 36 string models of Norris Harp are now made with the 'Big Soundbox' option as standard ...

Any of the mid sized 34 string models can now be ordered with an optional 'Big Soundbox'. This includes any Standard 34, Round-Back 34 or Lute-Back 34 model.

The slightly larger soundbox provides a wider soundboard at the bass end giving the harp a bigger, richer bass sound. A standard Norris soundbox is 300mm wide at the bass while the optional Big Soundbox is 340mm wide.

The Light Bright 34, Full Concert 34 and Light Bright 36 models already have a larger soundbox as standard.

The Big Soundbox models fit into the same standard soft carrying cases but flight cases do need to be specially ordered to accommodate the slightly wider soundbox.
